Message from the Director
Every year, tens of thousands of families hear the words "it's cancer." Too often, that diagnosis comes later than it should have, when options are limited and outcomes are harder to change. I've spent my career believing this doesn't have to be the norm. It can be different.
We now have the scientific tools to see cancer earlier than ever before, sometimes years before a tumor would show up on a scan. That's not a distant possibility. It's happening in labs and clinics today. Our job through the PREDICT Initiative is to take that science and put it directly into the hands of physicians and patients, as fast and as responsibly as we can.
This work only happens through partnership — with our patients who trust us with their care, with physicians on the front lines, with researchers and collaborators who share our urgency, and with donors whose generosity makes this work possible in the first place. Every gift, every partnership, every referral moves us closer to a future where cancer is caught early enough to beat. Early detection saves lives. Prevention saves lives. Together, we intend to prove it, again and again, for cancer after cancer.
Thank you for being part of this effort.
